Activity Village Thanksgiving Activities
With Halloween behind us, we look forward to Thanksgiving and sharing good food and time with family and friends. We really like the free printable worksheets offered at Activity Village. A variety of worksheets are available such as “How to Draw a Pilgrim Ship” or “How to Draw a Turkey.” One of our favorite worksheets is “I Am Thankful For…” which gives kids a space to write their answers. These make great place-mats or decorations for Thanksgiving dinner. Also fun is “Whose Feet?” which asks children to draw the rest of the figure based on the feet shown (e.g. turkey, Pilgrim girl, Native American boy).
